こんにちは。 

私はシャトー勝沼ワイナリーでワインを生産している今村です。

本日は菱山畑の甲州ぶどうをご紹介致します。

菱山地区は標高が高く、急な斜面で水はけが良くていい糖度、いい酸が出来ます。

土壌は粘土質で、小石が混ざっています。

素晴らしいミネラル含有量吸収します。

この畑の収穫は毎年10月頃です。

今年も楽しみなワインになるでしょう?

Hello.  I am Imamura who produces wine at Chateau Katsunuma Winery.

Today I will introduce Koshu grapes in the Hishiyama field.

The Hishiyama area has high elevation, steep slopes and good drainage.

 Good sugar content, good acid can be made.

The soil is clay-like and mixed with pebbles.

Great mineral content Absorb.

The harvest of this field is around October every year.

It will be a great wine again this year.
