こんにちは。

私はシャトー勝沼ワイナリーでワインを生産している今村です。

本日は菱山畑のピノノワールをご紹介致します。

樹齢は6年になります。

メルロー畑の横で栽培しています。

菱山地区は標高が高く、急な斜面で水はけが良くて

いい糖度、いい酸が出来ます。

土壌は粘土質で、小石が2混ざっています。

素晴らしいミネラル含有量

 吸収します。

この畑の収穫は毎年9月頃です。

今年も楽しみなワインになるでしょう?

Hello.  I am Imamura who produces wine at Chateau Katsunuma Winery.

Today I will introduce Pino Noir in the Hishiyama field.

It is 6 years old.

Pinot Noir is grown beside the Merlot field.

The Hishiyama area has high elevation, steep slopes and good drainage.

Good sugar content, good acid can be made.

The soil is clay-like and mixed with pebbles.

Great mineral content Absorb.

The harvest of this field is around  September every year.

It will be a great wine again this year.
